What Are MMIs?
The Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) are structured interview formats used by medical schools to assess candidates beyond their academic achievements.
Unlike traditional panel interviews, MMIs consist of a series of short, timed interview stations where candidates interact with different interviewers. Each station presents a unique scenario designed to evaluate a specific skill or competency.
How Does an MMI Work?
